Independent Audiology Consultations, Focused on You

Making decisions about hearing care isn’t always straightforward. Hearing aid recommendations can differ between clinics, and many providers are influenced by sales targets or manufacturer partnerships. This can make it hard to know whether the advice you’ve received is based on your needs, or on business priorities.

The goal of a virtual audiology session is to provide education and clarity. We don’t sell or dispense hearing aids or receive commission, so the guidance you receive is completely independent. We help clients better understand their hearing test results, explore the reasoning behind their recommendations, and address common questions or misconceptions about hearing loss and amplification.

These consultations are educational in nature. The purpose isn’t to sell or replace clinical care, but to ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your hearing health. Together, we review your hearing information, discuss how it relates to your everyday communication needs, and identify practical next steps that make sense for you.

Our Staff

We are licensed audiologists based in British Columbia with experience working across all major hearing aid manufacturers. We’ve seen firsthand how different clinics approach hearing care and how confusing those differences can feel for patients.

What we’ve observed is that hearing health decisions can easily become overwhelming. Recommendations vary, clinics operate differently, and it’s not always clear where sales end and clinical advice begins. We created this service to offer something different; a place where you can ask questions, understand your options, and receive honest, evidence-based guidance without any influence from a hearing aid sale.

Our goal is to provide clear, unbiased support so you can understand your hearing, explore your options, and make informed decisions with confidence. Whether you’re considering hearing aids for the first time, reviewing a recommendation, or adjusting to a device, we’re here to offer practical, trustworthy guidance. We believe hearing care works best when people have the knowledge they need, so our approach is grounded in transparency, education, and respect for your individual circumstances, helping you feel confident and empowered in choices that support your communication and quality of life.
