Adapting to hearing aids takes time, and questions often come up after the initial fitting or consultation. Follow-up sessions provide focused, one-on-one support to help you use your devices more effectively and with greater confidence.
These sessions can cover:
- Basic care and troubleshooting questions
- Strategies for adjusting to everyday sounds
- Guidance on common features and settings
- Help with Bluetooth connections and pairing to phones or other devices
Fee: $65 CAD / 30-minute session
Best suited for: Clients who have already purchased hearing aids or have completed a consultation and would like additional guidance as they adapt to their hearing aids.
